Sign Up

The Select League sign up. Payment is due to your club when the club owner requests with no refunds*. Once you have completed the form below, we will send you a confirmation email or text. The fee to play is $250, and will cover your sanctioning (insurance), full home and away kits, along with your portion of referee and field costs. If you would also like to play for an international team and a club team you can do that here.

*Refunds will only be given if the club you sign up for does not materialize and you do not wish to play for an alternative club.
